How to Profile Banks Admin

To enable the bank(s) interface with the portal, each bank's admin has to be profiled by NMDPRA's admin first on IMPEX portal. Upon completion of profiling, each bank's admin is expected to profile their respective branches/users on the portal. In order to profile any banks' admin, each bank is expected to send their request letter via email to "The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, Plot 1012 Cadastral Zone A00 Central Business District P.M.B. 609 Garki, Abuja". All requests must be done on the respective bank's letterhead paper and must be signed by at least two (2) authorized signatories of the bank. Kindly send an email to impex@nmdpra.gov.ng for a sample template of this letter.

NO, the portal expects separate email addresses in order for you to access both accounts (Marketer & Depot Owner) Also ensure you use email addresses that you readily have access to.

Why is my Depot not listed on the list of Depots on the portal

This means your depot has not been profiled or is inactive on the portal. It could also mean that your depot license has expired. If your depot license is still valid and active, kindly send an email to impex@nmdpra.gov.ng along with a copy of your valid depot license for verification and profiling.

Why is my depot is not showing when I select some product(s)

Ensure that you have a valid depot license and the affected product(s) is/are listed on the license.
